I started work at Spaghetti House a year ago and I absolutely love it . I started my training as an Assistant Manager last February and it was a joy ride. The courses are really helpful, especially with the attention to detail when it comes to paperwork and audits. It also covers sales, PNL, rotas, BOH and FOH in a very easy to follow and remember. Everyone from Ops has been eager to help and guide throughout. Now I’m training for the General Manager role and I’m ecstatic.

Spaghetti House is a family away from family. Everyone is very helpful – from the CEO, to Ops to HR. Everyone is tightly knit and very reachable. We are treated and addressed as family, even from the owners, which is great. I just love it. It’s not just work, it’s a family-run business and that’s exactly how it feels.
